Supervillain Labs(이하 "회사")는 모바일 게임 Pingco's Adventure : Penguin Run(패키지 gg.pryzm.penguinrun, 이하 "게임")을 이용하는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 수집하는 정보와 그 이용·보관 방법을 설명합니다.
게임은 회원가입이나 이메일 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·전화번호 등 직접적인 신원 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 정보가 자동으로 수집·처리될 수 있습니다.

게임은 아래 제3자 서비스를 통해 일부 정보를 수집·처리합니다. 각 사업자는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
게임은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재하며, 이 과정에서 광고 식별자(AAID/IDFA)와 기기 정보가 이용될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 기기 설정에서 다음과 같이 맞춤형 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.
게임은 만 13세(및 거주 국가에서 정한 최소 연령) 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사가 해당 연령 미만 아동으로부터 법정대리인의 동의 없이 개인정보를 수집한 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 해당 정보를 삭제합니다.
수집된 정보는 이용 목적 달성에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 목적 달성·삭제 요청·관련 법령상 보관 기간 경과 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 게임을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터는 제거되며, 클라우드에 백업된 게임 데이터는 삭제 요청 시 파기됩니다.
Firebase·AdMob 등 제3자 서비스는 대한민국 외의 국가(예: 미국)에 위치한 서버에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 이용자는 게임 이용으로써 이러한 처리에 동의하게 됩니다.

게임의 로컬 저장 데이터는 암호화되어 저장되며, 회사는 개인정보의 안전한 처리를 위해 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 시행합니다.
본 개인정보처리방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 게임 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
Supervillain Labs ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Pingco's Adventure : Penguin Run (package gg.pryzm.penguinrun, the "Game"). We respect your privacy and comply with applicable laws. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use and store it.
The Game does not require sign-up or email login and does not collect direct identity information such as your name or phone number. To provide the service, the following information may be collected and processed automatically:

The Game is not primarily directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age set by your country). If we learn that we have collected personal information from such a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it without delay.
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, and delete it without delay once those purposes are met, upon a deletion request, or when a legal retention period expires. Deleting the Game removes local data on your device; game data backed up to the cloud is deleted upon request.
Third-party services such as Firebase and AdMob may process information on servers located outside your country (e.g., the United States). By using the Game you consent to such processing.

Locally stored game data is encrypted, and we apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information.
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes and will announce material changes in the Game or on this page.
