본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 Supervillain Labs(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 Pingco's Adventure : Penguin Run(패키지 gg.pryzm.penguinrun, 이하 "게임")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 다운로드하거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이용자가 게임을 설치·실행·이용하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 게임을 이용할 수 없습니다.
회사는 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 게임을 이용할 수 있는 양도 불가능하고 비독점적인 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이용자는 게임을 복제·수정·역설계·배포하거나 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
게임은 별도의 회원가입 없이 익명으로 이용되며, 진행 데이터는 기기에 저장되고 선택적으로 클라우드에 백업될 수 있습니다. 기기 변경·초기화·게임 삭제 등으로 발생하는 데이터 손실에 대해 회사는 관련 법령이 정한 범위를 넘어 책임을 지지 않습니다.
광고 제거 등 구독형 상품은 이용자가 해지하지 않는 한 각 마켓 계정을 통해 자동 갱신되며 갱신 시점에 요금이 청구됩니다. 구독의 관리·해지는 이용자의 앱 마켓 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다.
위반 시 회사는 이용 제한, 데이터 정정·삭제, 서비스 이용 중단 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
게임은 Google AdMob 등을 통해 배너·전면·보상형 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 광고 관련 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
게임 및 게임에 포함된 모든 콘텐츠·상표·저작물의 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 본 약관이 명시적으로 허용하는 범위를 넘어 이를 이용할 수 없습니다.
회사는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 수정·중단할 수 있습니다.
게임은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 이용자의 기기 환경·통신 장애·불가항력 등 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 게임 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따릅니다.
회사는 필요 시 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 게임 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 게임을 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Pingco's Adventure : Penguin Run (package gg.pryzm.penguinrun, the "Game") provided by Supervillain Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
By installing, launching, or using the Game, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Game.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game without our prior written consent.
The Game is used anonymously without a separate sign-up; progress data is stored on your device and may optionally be backed up to the cloud. Except as required by applicable law, we are not liable for data loss arising from device changes, resets, or deletion of the Game.
Subscription products such as ad removal automatically renew through your marketplace account unless canceled, and you are charged at each renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app marketplace account settings.
In case of violation, we may restrict access, correct or delete data, and suspend service.
The Game may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through services such as Google AdMob. Processing of personal information related to ads follows our Privacy Policy.
All rights in the Game and its content, trademarks, and works belong to us or the respective rightful owners. You may not use them beyond what these Terms expressly permit.
We may change the Game's content or modify or discontinue all or part of the service for operational or technical reasons.
The Game is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from causes without our willful misconduct or gross negligence, such as your device environment, network failures, or force majeure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to the Game shall be handled under applicable legal procedures.
We may revise these Terms when necessary and will announce material changes in the Game or on this page. Continuing to use the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
